1. The CEO shall make “protecting the lives of workers” and “creating a safe working environment” the top priority of corporate management activities.

2. The CEO shall establish a safety and health management system at the workplace and provide sufficient human and material resources to eliminate and control risk factors at the workplace.

3. The company shall establish and faithfully implement internal regulations that comply with safety and health-related statutes and regulations.

4. The company shall identify risk factors through workers’ participation, improve risk factors in advance, and share them through education.

5. The company shall share risk factors related to their jobs so that all employees can be aware of them and conduct education and training on the elimination, substitution, and control of the risk factors.

6. The company shall recognize workers and partners as companions in safety and health management, and establish a win-win self-regulated safety culture by participating in safety and health activities together through communication and cooperation.
