The report will be handled directly to the ethical management department of SNT AMT Co., Ltd., and the identity and confidentiality of the informant will be strictly protected.
However, malicious reports that may adversely affect the organizational culture, reports lacking factual basis, or reports that violate personal privacy will not be processed as complaints.

Appeal Procedure
If the whistleblower has any objection to the grievance handling result, they may request a re-review within 7 days from the date of notification of the result.
Appeals may be submitted through the cyber whistleblowing system or in writing.
The Company shall conduct a re-examination within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the appeal and may carry out additional investigations if necessary.
The result of the re-review shall be separately notified to the whistleblower and shall constitute the final decision.
