Principles

SNT AMT Co., Ltd. complies with the anti-corruption laws and regulations of each country, and will not provide any form of fraudulent solicitation, solicitation acceptance and profit request, receipt, or provision to stakeholders that may interfere with the impartial performance of duties in connection with any job.
In addition, our executives and employees will not engage in conflicts of interest, pursue fair competition, comply with all laws and regulations related to antitrust and fair trade in each country, and strive for transparent transactions, intellectual property rights, and personal information protection.

Scope of Application

The scope of this Charter of Ethics includes domestic and international entities of SNT AMT Co., Ltd., and executives and employees shall act in accordance with this Charter of Ethics.
WHEREAS, all executives and employees of the organization to which this Charter of Ethics applies shall comply with the laws and regulations of the relevant country while performing their duties in accordance with this Charter of Ethics. In the event that regulations, policies, guidelines, etc. conflict with local laws and regulations of the relevant country, the local laws and regulations shall take precedence. This Charter of Ethics may be amended to reflect the laws, regulations and industry characteristics required by the relevant country, and separate detailed policies may be established if necessary.

SNT AMT Five Charter of Ethics

Article 1.
Anti-Corruption
  • SNT AMT prohibits the receipt of any bribes, rebates, etc., in connection with its business to ensure transparent transactions and shall comply with the UN Convention against Corruption and the anti-corruption laws of each country.
Article 2.
Fair Trade
  • SNT AMT shall not engage in any joint collusion or pursue unjust enrichment that unfairly restricts competition, and shall comply with the laws and regulations related to fair trade in each country.
Article 3.
Prevention of Conflicts of Interest
  • SNT AMT shall conduct duties with a sense of responsibility in accordance with the established business rules. Furthermore, it shall not cause damage to the company for personal benefit or receive promises of personal gain through a third party.
Article 4.
Information Protection
  • SNT AMT shall securely protect all information requiring intellectual property rights and trade secrets of its customers and business partners in accordance with security laws and regulations, and protect the personal information of its executives, employees, and stakeholders.
Article 5.
Export Control Compliance
  • SNT AMT shall comply with the laws of each country and international conventions related to export restrictions or economic sanctions.
